Featured Project: Lofts on 5th

In early 2022, during February and March, Amelia Cleaning Co. had the opportunity to work on "The Lofts on 5th," a luxury condo building featuring nine modern and luxurious lofts. We felt privileged to be a part of this remarkable project, which involved performing rough cleaning, final cleaning, and light cleaning after the punch list. From high-end kitchen finishes to Italian natural stone floors, the Amelia Cleaning team worked diligently with high intensity, extreme caution, and care. Our founder, Banu Schram, shared a personal connection with the building as her eldest daughter attended preschool in this very space years ago. Witnessing the transition of this renovation held a unique sentimental value for her. Our role in the Lofts on 5th project was a privilege.
